Knowledge of AngularJS. (Mandatory)
Must have a mobile first approach ( should have perception of how to proceed so that same app can work on both mobile and desktop )
Should have hand on experience in hybrid app development ( using HTML5 like Sencha, Phonegap, Ionic)
Familiar with CSS3, should have used CSS3 latest properties, animations, resizing, responsive design. (Mandatory)
Must have good knowledge to create / modify DOM elements and objects without compromising with quality and performance of app.
Good Knowledge on ionic framework is a plus.
Should be familiar with generating ios and android builds using cordova.
Call Center / Back Office Process Executive
Answer incoming calls / through chat application from customers to guide to book the orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information to operations team.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answer calls and respond to emails / chat application
handle customer inquiries both telephonically, by email and by chat application
research required information using available resources
provide customers with product and service information
Required data entry
process orders and forms
identify and escalate priority issues
route calls to appropriate resource
follow up customer calls where necessary
document all call information according to standard operating procedures
complete call logs
produce call reports
should work in shift system
Education and Experience
Degree / Diploma or equivalent
proficient in relevant computer applications
Language proficiency in French and English is must.

knowledge of call center telephony and technology
some experience in a call center or customer service environment
good data entry and typing skills
knowledge of administration and clerical processes
